Melissa Coles has a diverse background in the travel and tourism industry, currently serving as Senior Coordinator for the Regional Hub at Destination NSW since January 2023. Prior to this role, Melissa accumulated nearly a decade of experience at Tourism Australia, where responsibilities spanned various positions including Event Manager, Investment Attraction Manager, and involvement in brand, campaigns, and media during a Covid-19 secondment. Earlier career highlights include serving as a Luxury Travel Advisor at Concierge Travel Group and working as a consultant at Carlson Wagonlit Travel and GTS Travel Management.
