Robin Erwin, JD, SPHR has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in Human Resources. They most recently served as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Destination Pet, LLC, where they oversaw a large team and implemented personalized care initiatives for pets and pet families. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Sanitation Specialists, where they focused on driving business results through strategic initiatives. They also served as the Vice President Human Resources at Skyport Hospitality, providing leadership in employee relations, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and managing a diverse team. Additionally, Robin held leadership roles at Magic Memories, Marshall Retail Group, VadaTech Inc., and Wireless World Connected, where they contributed to HR strategies, talent management, employee engagement, and communication plans.

Robin Erwin, JD, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in PLSC from the University of Redlands, which was completed from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they attended the American College of Law from 1998 to 2002 and obtained a Juris Doctor (JD) degree specializing in Law. In 2005, Robin Erwin attended the UCLA Anderson School of Management for a certificate in Management Development.

They continued their education at Colorado State University Global, where they pursued a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership, which was completed from 2018 to 2022. Furthermore, Robin Erwin has obtained several certifications, including the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in September 2009. They have also been certified as a Certified Compensation Professional by WorldatWork in 2010. Additionally, they possess an SPHR certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
