Karen Ryan

Karen Ryan serves as the Director of Customer Experience at Destination Pet, LLC since August 2023. Prior to this role, Karen accumulated extensive experience at DSW Designer Shoe Warehouse from May 2007 to September 2023, where responsibilities included Market Leader and District Manager. Karen's earlier career featured roles at New York & Company from August 1993 to September 2006, advancing from Store Manager to Regional Operations Manager for the Northeast and Midwest. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Baylor University, obtained between 1989 and 1993, and an International Baccalaureate diploma from Marymount International School London, completed in 1989. Education commenced at Jumairah American School in Dubai, U.A.E., from 1982 to 1986.
