Nicole Cardaci's work experience begins in 2012 when they worked as a Social Media Marketer at EMcomm until December 2013. In 2014, they served as a Marketing and Events Intern at Niche Media. From June 2020 to May 2021, they served as a Manager of Customer Experience, followed by a role as Senior Manager of Customer Experience from June 2021 to May 2022. Nicole's most recent role at IL MAKIAGE is as the Senior Manager of CX Operations since May 2022, and they are currently working there as the Director of Customer Experience Operations since April 2023.

Nicole Cardaci began their education in 2011 at East Carolina University, where they pursued Fine and Studio Arts. However, their time at this institution ended in 2012 without completing a degree. Nicole then transferred to Emerson College, where they attained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing Communications in 2014.
