Msw Eishelle M. Tillery Sifi

Eishelle M. Tillery, MSW, SIFI, serves as the Director of Social Services at Destination Tomorrow since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing and overseeing the Social Services Department to meet the comprehensive needs of clients. In addition to this role, Eishelle is a Social Work Consultant at Columbia University and a lecturer at John Jay College (CUNY) since December 2019, along with various adjunct professor positions, including at Molloy College and Boys and Girls Club of Harlem. Previous positions include Vice President of Programs at the National Black Leadership Commission on AIDS, Managing Director of Programs at GMHC, and overseeing the Special Services Department at Ryan-NENA Community Health Center. Eishelle holds a Doctorate candidacy in Social Work from Tulane University, an MSW in Geriatric Social Work and Administration from Fordham University, and a BA in Sociology and African American Studies from CUNY-Herbert H. Lehman College, alongside an Associate degree from Queensborough Community College.
