Aurélie Viotto is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, communications, and event coordination across various sectors. Currently serving as the Web Summit Vancouver Lead at Destination Vancouver, Aurélie previously held multiple roles at Destination Canada, including Project Manager and Coordinator for Destination Development, where significant contributions included the development of the Knowledge Hub and the organization of the 2024 Destination Dialogues series. Prior experience encompasses positions such as Project Coordinator and Executive Assistant at Boyden, and Communications Specialist at BC Coast Pilots. Aurélie's international experience includes leading a large-scale conference for the International Agency for Research on Cancer and serving in communications roles at organizations such as BIOVISION and the Fondation pour l'Université de Lyon. Educational qualifications include an International Master in Communication from OMNES Education and a BA (Hons) in Communication, Advertising and PR from Edinburgh Napier University, supplemented by a project management course from Simon Fraser University.
