Jon Archer

Jon Archer is the current President of Destination West Builders LLC, a position Jon has held since January 2021. Prior to this role, Jon was the Founder of Crew Builders Inc. from August 2006 to February 2021, where Jon aimed to build a company of strong leaders. Before their time at Crew Builders Inc., Jon worked as a Project Manager at Malmquist Construction from March 2003 to June 2006, overseeing project management, estimating, and field operations for a custom home builder in Whitefish, Montana. Jon holds an MBA in Production Operations Management from California State University, Chico, which Jon obtained in 1996, as well as a BS in Construction Management from the same institution, completed in 1992.
