Sydney Penrod is an experienced professional in the hospitality and entertainment industry, currently serving as Services Manager at Destinations by Design, Inc. since June 2022. Previous roles include Front Services Manager and Resort Ambassador Supervisor at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, as well as Recreation Lead for the City of Las Vegas. Sydney's extensive background in cruise line entertainment spans from June 2012 to March 2020, holding positions such as Entertainment Director and Cruise Director with responsibilities that included managing teams and creating schedules to enhance guest experiences. Sydney holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lindenwood University, earned between 2008 and 2012.
