Programs and Development Team

The Programs and Development Team at Destiny Arts Center is responsible for designing, managing, and evaluating youth-focused arts programs, as well as securing funding and resources to sustain and expand these initiatives. This team ensures program quality and effectiveness through continuous learning and evaluation, and builds relationships with schools, communities, and funding bodies to support the center's mission of violence prevention, conflict resolution, and youth empowerment through the arts.
