Laura Manso has over 20 years of work experience in various roles. In 2020, they began working as an Executive Assistant and Operations Manager at Desygner. Prior to that, they worked at Dingoos Australia as a Customer and Business Development Consultant from 2017 to 2020. From 2007 to 2017, they worked at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in various roles such as IT Account Service Manager (Multinational Grupo Bimbo - food company), IT Service Delivery Manager (Bimbo Iberia & China - food company), Incident Manager (LA CAIXA - Banking), IT Service Delivery Manager (Banc Sabadell-Banking), and IT Service Delivery Manager/People Manager (Gas Natural Fenosa - Energy). From 2003 to 2007, they worked at Sisnet as a Technical Team Lead. From 1998 to 2003, they worked at Systems Consultants Nederlands SL (SCN) in various roles such as System Administrator, Multimedia Designer, and Sales Representative.

Laura Manso completed their undergraduate degree in Ingenieria de Telecomunicaciones from EUPVG UPC in Equipos electrónicos. Laura then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from EUNCET from 2005 to 2007. In 2008, they completed a Gestion de Equipos from Digital training. Laura also completed an Advance Diploma in Leadership and Management from Entrepreneur Education in Business Administration and Management, General from 2019 to 2020.
