Maja Pott

Maja Pott is a Junior Recruiter at Detecon since February 2024 and has previously contributed to HR People Development at Deutsche Telekom from August 2022 to August 2023 and from September 2021 to April 2022. Prior to these roles, Maja gained experience as an Event Manager at Deutsche Telekom and worked in retail at dm-drogerie markt Deutschland from May 2017 to October 2018, along with an internship at van Laack GmbH from October 2016 to February 2017. Maja is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Wirtschaftspsychologie at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in 2025, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Gesundheit und Sport/Fitness from Hochschule Fresenius, completed in May 2021.
