Urvil Patel

Urvil Patel has been working as a Mechanical Engineer since 2021 at Detect. Prior to that, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at Rivian (ATCO Industries) from 2020 to 2018, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at ROTEX AUTOMATION LTD. from 2016 to 2018.

Urvil Patel completed their Higher Secondary Schooling from DON BOSCO HIGH SCHOOL VADODARA in the Science Stream with Maths, Physics and Chemistry in 2011. Urvil then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from K.J.Institute of Engineering & Technology, which they completed in 2015. In 2017, they earned a Master of Science (MS) in Mechanical Engineering from Wayne State University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including Certified Solidworks Professional (CSWP)- Mechanical Design from VirtualTester Online, Tangix Design & Development AB (Solidworks Dassault Systems) in 2019, Design and Finite Element Analysis of Mechanical Spider from International Journal of Science and Research (IJSR) in 2015, Certificate of publication for paper titled "FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS OF ANGLE ACTING VALVE COMPONENT" from INTERNATIONAL JOURNAL FOR TECHNOLOGICAL RESEARCH IN ENGINEERING in 2015, Industrial training of ANSYS WORKBENCH for Finite Element Analysis in SMARD CAD from TecSo Energy in 2014, and Certified course in 2D&3D MECHANICAL MODELLING USING CREO PARAMETRIC from THE CAD DESK LTD in 2014.
