Kristoffer Jaworska Persson

Kristoffer Jaworska Persson has a wealth of work experience, beginning in 2008 with a Bachelor thesis for Telia. In 2010, they completed an Employer Branding internship at Ericsson, and a Master thesis student - Talent Management role at ABB. Kristoffer then returned to Ericsson in 2011 as an HR Generalist and Employer Branding Specialist, before taking a role as an Activity and Sales Coordinator at STS. In 2016, they worked as an HR Consultant at Wise Consulting AB, followed by a role as HR Manager at DigitalRoute in 2017. Since 2020, they have been Head of People and Senior People Partner at Detectify.

Kristoffer Jaworska Persson completed a Master degree in Human Resource Management at Linköping University from 2009 to 2011. From 2006 to 2008, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lund University. In 2005 to 2006, they studied Organizational Psychology at The University of Western Australia.
