Mika Tervo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Mika started their career as a Summer Trainee at Outokumpu in 1990 and continued working there in various roles until 1992. After that, they joined Selmic Oy as a Process Engineer in 1993, where they were responsible for making prototypes for several customers in the microelectronics field. Mika then worked at Aspocomp as a Process Engineer from 1997 to 1999, focusing on die bonding, wire bonding, and glop top dispensing processes. In 2000, Mika joined Nokia Mobile Phones as a Senior Design Engineer, working primarily on interconnection reliability testing for mobile phones. Mika held various roles within Nokia Mobile Phones, including Senior Specialist, Stream Leader, and Principal, until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, Mika was engaged in full-time job hunting. Mika then joined Selmic Oy again in 2013 as a Project Manager, overseeing various projects. In 2014, Mika transitioned to Detection Technology as a Senior Process Development Engineer. Mika Tervo began their education at Lapland Vocational College in 1984, where they pursued a degree in Electronics. Mika successfully completed their studies in 1986. Later, from 1989 to 1993, Mika attended Rovaniemi University of Applied Sciences, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Information Technology.
