Lenore Vassil

Lenore Vassil is an accomplished executive currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Detexian, where focus lies on driving operational excellence and optimizing growth strategies. With extensive experience as a Fractional Executive and Operating Partner at Dagny Ventures, Vassil provides expert guidance to C-Suite executives on technology complexities. Previously, as the Global Head of Enterprise Technology at WeWork, Vassil managed a large-scale enterprise software ecosystem and contributed to numerous M&A integrations. As the Founder and CEO of The Torch, Vassil launched a successful consumer software company. Vassil's background also includes pivotal roles at Bank of America, where operational efficiency initiatives were implemented during the 2008 Financial Crisis, and MTV Networks, where leadership in sales system development was demonstrated. Vassil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Richmond.
