Jason Higley is an experienced engineering and technology leader currently serving as VP of Engineering - Integration at SwiftConnect since August 2022. As Co-President and Co-Founder of Detrios, LLC since July 2017, Jason has driven innovation and growth. Previously, Jason held the position of Senior Technical Program Manager for Building & Controls Technology at UTC Climate, Controls & Security, where responsibilities included managing software platform development across global teams. Prior roles at Lenel Systems International involved directing software engineering efforts and leading teams in delivering access control solutions, with a focus on aligning projects with corporate strategy. Jason began their career as a Software Engineer in the Health Care division of Eastman Kodak. Jason holds an MBA from the University of Rochester's Simon Business School, a Master's degree in Software Engineering from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Rochester.
