David Waltz

David Waltz currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at DETRITUS, LLC, overseeing a nationwide platform for construction site services in both residential and commercial sectors since May 2024. Prior to this role, David worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Metaimpact from March 2020 to June 2024 and held a similar position at Salesforce from July 2016 to March 2020, focusing on the Journey Builder web application. David's earlier experience at Salesforce includes a role as UX Architecture Lead Engineer from June 2013 to June 2015, where the focus was on developing application prototypes for the Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Additionally, David's career began as a Software Engineer specializing in UI/UX at ExactTarget from March 2012 to June 2013. David holds a Master of Science in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Purdue University, completed in 2011.
