Dara Klein

Dara Klein is an experienced educational leader with a robust background in talent development, recruitment, and special education. Currently serving as the Director of Talent at the Detroit Academy of Arts and Sciences since August 2021, Dara has previously held significant roles such as Assistant Principal and Interim Principal at Acero Schools from August 2017 to July 2021. Dari started their educational career as a Special Education Case Manager at the UNO Charter School Network from July 2012 to August 2017 and participated as a Corps Member with Teach For America from June 2012 to June 2014. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in School Management and Leadership from Harvard Business School Online, an Education Specialist degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from National Louis University, and a Master of Education in Special Education from National Louis University, among others.
