Alayna Bissett

Alayna Bissett is a seasoned quality engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive industry, currently serving as the Aftermarket Solutions Quality Engineering Manager at Demand Detroit since April 2005. Throughout the career at Demand Detroit, Alayna has held various roles, progressing from Supplier Quality Engineer to Manager of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs, and has a strong focus on managing supplier activities, leading process improvements, and addressing quality issues on heavy-duty engine assembly lines. Alayna also contributed to advanced quality initiatives at Magna E-Car Systems during the launch of new programs. Alayna Bissett holds a Master's degree in Program and Project Management from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Eastern Michigan University.
