Frank Castronova

Frank Castronova has a diverse work experience spanning over several organizations. Frank began their career at Gale Research in 1993, where they worked as an Editorial/Research Associate and progressed to the roles of Associate Editor, Editor, and Senior Editor. In 2004, they joined Wayne State University as a Research Associate and later became an Associate Director of Development at the Law School. In 2008, they transitioned to Cranbrook Educational Community as an Assistant Director of Annual Giving Programs for Schools. Following that, they worked at Notre Dame Preparatory School and Marist Academy as both the Annual Fund Director and the Director of Advancement Operations. In 2014, they joined Judson Center as a Donor Relations Specialist before ending up at the Detroit Institute of Arts in 2015 as the Annual Fund Officer. Since June 2019, Frank has been serving as the Development Portfolio and Research Officer at the Detroit Institute of Arts.

Frank Castronova began their education at Wayne State University in 1989, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English. Frank successfully completed this program in 1993. Following their undergraduate studies, Frank continued their education at Wayne State University, where they enrolled in a Master of Library and Information Science (M.L.I.S.) program. Frank studied Library Science during their tenure in this program, which lasted from 1993 to 1999.
