Kate Spratt

Kate Spratt has extensive work experience in financial management and auditing. Kate started their career at Deloitte as an Audit In-Charge from September 1998 to December 2001. Kate then joined Credit Acceptance, where they worked as an Internal Controls Manager and Senior Financial Analyst from December 2001 to September 2005. Kate then moved to Corporate F.A.C.T.S., Inc., where they served as the VP of Financial Management Services from September 2005 to May 2019. After that, they joined Neighborhood Service Organization as the Chief Financial Officer from May 2019 to August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Chief Financial Officer at the Detroit Institute of Arts, starting from August 2022.

Kate Spratt attended the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business from 1996 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Accounting. In 2005, they also attended Georgetown University for a brief period and earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Management.
