Roxanne Caine

Roxanne Caine is currently the VP of the Detroit Lions Foundation & Community Relations. Prior to this, they were the Senior Director of Development at Michigan State University College of Law from May 2018 to June 2022. Roxanne has also worked as the Vice President at McLaren-Flint from January 2005 to May 2018 and as the Alumni & Development Officer at University of Michigan-Flint from April 2002 to May 2005.

Roxanne Caine has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Michigan. Roxanne also has a Masters of Health Services Administration in Health Administration from Central Michigan University. Roxanne is certified in Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) from CFRE International.

Roxanne Caine reports to Rod Wood, President & CEO. They are on a team with Jessica Gray - Co-Director, Player Engagement, Brian Facchini - Chief Communications & Brand Officer, and Lindsay Verstegen - Chief People & Diversity Officer. Rebecca Springle - Community Relations Coordinator, Terrance Thomas - Foundation Program Officer, and Maurice Pearson - Manager, Player & Alumni Relations report to Roxanne Caine.
