Tyra Evans is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in operations management and strategic development. Currently serving as the System Office Director of Operations at Trinity Health since December 2017, Tyra previously held the role of Vice President of Operations at the Detroit Medical Center from October 2014. Prior to that position, Tyra was the Group Practice Director at Henry Ford Hospital, responsible for expanding services and improving physician relationships within the General Surgery and Trauma service lines. With a proven track record in financial management, Tyra has overseen a $19 million annual budget, successfully increased outpatient volumes by 16%, and led the electronic medical record transformation across surgical product lines. Tyra Evans holds a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from the University of Detroit Mercy.
