Laney Byler

Laney Byler currently serves as the Communications Manager for the Detroit Red Wings, beginning in September 2023. Prior experience includes roles at the Boston Bruins, where responsibilities spanned from Communications Specialist to Public Relations Coordinator, with significant achievements in media outreach, press release distribution, and in-arena support. Laney's background also encompasses a Public Relations Internship with the Grand Rapids Griffins and a Managing Sports Editor position with The Michigan Daily, demonstrating strong leadership and editorial skills. Education was obtained at the University of Michigan, culminating in a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications.
