Amanda Tew

Director, Advancement Operations at Detroit Symphony Orchestra

Amanda Tew is the current Director of Advancement Operations at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. Amanda has previous experience working in philanthropy and development at organizations such as The Nature Conservancy, Ducks Unlimited, and the Detroit Institute of Arts. Amanda has also interned with National Public Radio and the Fitton Center for Creative Arts. Amanda is a graduate of Miami University.

Amanda Tew has a Bachelor of Science in Arts Management & Marketing from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Arts Management from Miami University. Amanda also attended Huron High School.

They are on a team with Ali Huber - Signature Events Manager, Leslie Groves - Major Gift Officer, and Jane Koelsch - Fulfillment Coordinator. Amanda Tew reports to Jill Rafferty, Senior Director of Advancement.
