Nolan Cardenas

Nolan Cardenas is an experienced music professional currently serving as the Auditions and Operations Coordinator at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra since July 2022. With a background in music education, Nolan has been a Freelance Music Teacher since January 2016. Previously, Nolan held the position of Operations Manager and Grant Specialist at The Music Center of South Central Michigan from August 2021 to August 2022 and worked as an Administrative Assistant at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. from April 2020 to October 2021. Nolan holds a Master of Clarinet Performance and Music Business from Michigan State University, earned in 2021, and a Bachelor of Arts in Clarinet Performance from Butler University, completed in 2019.
