Cassandra Phipps is an accomplished professional serving as the CEO and Visionary of Fired Up Ministries since January 2023, where the mission focuses on helping individuals embrace their life purpose through spiritual guidance. Additionally, in the same year, Cassandra became the CEO and President of Clarity Counseling and Consulting, PLLC, dedicated to providing clarity in pursuing life's purpose through spiritual and clinical practices, including counseling and workshops. With a robust background in mental health and children's initiatives, Cassandra has held various roles, including Director of Children’s Initiative at Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network and Program Manager at Easterseals Michigan. Cassandra's educational credentials include a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Michigan Theological Seminary, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Eastern Michigan University.
