Randi Hamilton

Randi Hamilton is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and guest services sectors, currently serving as the Chief Experience Officer at the Detroit Zoological Society since July 2014. Previous roles include Vice President of Guest Services, Communications, and Marketing, as well as Director and Assistant Director of Guest Relations within the organization. Randi's background in hotel management includes tenures as Hotel Manager at Sheraton Detroit Novi Hotel and General Manager at Detroit Marriott Southfield, with additional experience as Hotel Manager at HEI Hotels & Resorts and Director of Food and Beverage/Director of Operations at Sheraton Detroit Novi Hotel. Randi began the career as Banquet Director with Greenleaf Hospitality Group. Randi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from Western Michigan University.
