Javier Castaño Cienfuegos

Javier Castaño Cienfuegos has been working in the legal field since 2020. In 2020, they began working as a Becario de abogacía at Francisco Nieves Abogado. In 2021, they began working at Deudafix as an Operations Manager | Lawyer | Debt Management & Claims and a Creditor Negotiation. In their role as Creditor Negotiation, they provided advice on banking law matters and civil debt recovery procedures. Javier also prepared and negotiated out-of-court payment agreements and drafted and submitted claims to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Javier Castaño Cienfuegos graduated with a degree in Law from the University of Seville in 2020. Javier then obtained a Master of Access to Law from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya in 2021. In 2020, they also obtained a Data Protection and Privacy Rights certification from the Council of Europe. In 2018, they obtained a Course in Management and Creation of Companies certification from the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Javier is currently pursuing a Master in Compliance and Data Protection Management at EIP International Business School.
