María Petrache

María Petrache has worked in a variety of roles since 2015. In 2015, they worked as a Departamento de Contenidos at IAHORRO BUSINESS SOLUTIONS. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at four different companies. At Management Solutions, they worked as a Legal Trainee providing support and assistance in all areas of law affecting the group's activities. At JOSEFA GARCÍA LORENTE ABOGADOS, they worked as an Abogada en prácticas, providing personalized attention to clients and participating in professional matters in civil, criminal, administrative and social law. At Academia Cosmos, they worked as a Profesora área jurídica. Finally, at Deudafix, they worked in three roles: Director of Operations I Lawyer, Head of Customer Care & Case Management & Creditor Negotiations | Lawyer, and Sales Manager Legal Advisory | Abogada.

María Petrache has a diverse educational background. María obtained a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from Universidad Complutense de Madrid between 2010 and 2016. María then went on to obtain a Master of Access to the Profession of Lawyer from Universidad de Alcalá between 2016 and 2018. In 2019 and 2020, they obtained a Master in Compliance Officer and Judicial Expert in Economic Crimes from ESNECA Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as Mediator Civil and Mercantile from Mediamos, Servicios Integrales de Mediación, S.L. in 2020, accreditation to provide training, updating and training of private security personnel in the legal area from the General Directorate of the Police, and attended international conferences on Insolvencies and Restructurings from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and a Congress on the Project of the Public Sector Contracts Law from Universidad de Alcalá.
