Katja Burghardt

Katja Burghardt is currently working as the Senior Managerin CRM Communications at DB Fernverkehr AG since October 2019. Prior to this, Katja held various positions at DB Vertrieb GmbH from June 2008 to September 2019, including Senior CRM Referentin Konzepte und Projekte and Referentin Direktvertrieb/Kundenbindung. With experience in the travel industry, Katja worked as a Reiseverkehrskauffrau (Touristik) at Karstadt Reisebüro from August 2003 to August 2007. Katja also gained marketing experience as a Praktikantin Marketing Vertriebsunterstützung at Fraport AG from October 2006 to March 2007. Katja holds a Diplom degree from Hochschule Heilbronn with a focus on Marketing, Reisewirtschaft, and Incoming.
