Melisa Dippell

Melisa Dippell is an accomplished professional in the field of human resources and IT management, currently serving as a Junior Business Analystin in HR IT-Managementsysteme at Deutsche Bahn since February 2021. Prior roles at Deutsche Bahn include HR Business Partner mit Assistenzfunktion and Werkstudentin in HR-IT, Qualitätssicherung und Prozessmanagement, complemented by a Praktikantin position in the same area. Prior to joining Deutsche Bahn, Melisa held the position of Assistenz der Geschäftsleitung at Ariane Bentner Organisationsberatung and gained valuable experience through internships and tutoring at institutions such as Goethe-Institut e.V. and Technische Universität Darmstadt.
