Natalia Engelhardt

Natalia Engelhardt is an experienced professional in the fields of operational excellence and project management, currently serving as the Fertigungsleiterin for Schwere Instandhaltung at Deutsche Bahn since August 2025. Prior to this role, Natalia worked at Ingenics Consulting from September 2022 to August 2025, holding positions such as Team Manager Operational Excellence, Senior Project Manager, and Account Manager. Earlier experience includes a tenure at Vossloh Rolling Stock from March 2015 to August 2022, where Natalia held multiple leadership roles in methods, technology, and work preparation.
