Andy Tam

Andy Tam currently serves as Managing Director and Co-Head of Americas Insurance at Deutsche Bank, a position held since June 2024, specializing in Investment Banking and Capital Markets for the Financial Institutions Group with a focus on Insurance and InsurTech. Previously, Andy held various leadership roles at Perella Weinberg Partners from May 2014 to June 2024, including Managing Director and Head of Insurance Technology Advisory. Earlier experience includes positions at Credit Suisse, where Andy progressed from Analyst to Vice President within the Investment Banking Department, as well as initial roles at HSBC Global Banking and Markets. Andy Tam earned an MBA from both Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Cornell University, and holds a Bachelor's Degree from New York University.
