Fatema Caderbhoy

Fatema Caderbhoy has extensive experience in legal counsel within the financial sector, currently serving as the Head of X-Markets, Repack & Equity Derivatives Legal at Deutsche Bank since October 2011. Prior to this role, Fatema worked as a Senior Associate at Bracewell & Giuliani LLP, specializing in Capital Markets, including ECM, DCM, Structured Finance, Securitisation, Liability Management, and Derivatives from March 2009 to September 2011. Fatema began the legal career as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, focusing on Capital Markets from September 2003 to February 2009. Fatema holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Cambridge and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Hull.
