Fred Harris

Fred Harris is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity and technology risk management, currently serving as the Global Head of Cybersecurity & Technology Risk at Deutsche Bank since December 2024. With extensive experience in leadership roles, Fred has held positions as Managing Director at both Citi and Société Générale, where responsibilities included overseeing cybersecurity, data, technology risk, and compliance. Additionally, Fred has served as a Technology Risk Officer and Senior Vice President at Bank of America, focusing on global and regional technology risk management. Alongside corporate roles, Fred contributes to academia as an Adjunct Professor at the New York Institute of Technology.
