Heike Pilkowski

Heike Pilkowski is an experienced professional in HR Talent and Development, currently serving as the Global Talent & Development Head for the Private Bank and Corporate Bank at Deutsche Bank since April 2011. Pilkowski also oversees the Leadership Campus and previously held roles as a Vice President specializing in HR Leadership and team management within the PBC Academy. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Pilkowski worked at Commerzbank AG, where leadership in personnel strategy and qualification was focused on supporting the merger with Dresdner Bank. Earlier career contributions at Deutsche Bank included roles in sales qualification and expansion initiatives, starting in 1993. Heike Pilkowski earned a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree from Hochschule Mainz, focusing on finance and international business.
