Julian Felger

Julian Felger serves as the Head of HR Strategy at Deutsche Bank since January 2025, with prior experience as the Head of People Analytics at BioNTech SE, where a focus on leveraging HR data for strategic decision-making was maintained. At EY, Julian held roles as Manager and Senior Consultant, leading projects on people strategy, workforce planning, and advanced analytics. A background in people analytics was further established through a Lecturing position at Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen and an in-house consulting role at Deutsche Bahn. Julian's academic foundation includes a PhD from Technische Universität Darmstadt, where research revolved around digital modeling of fracture processes, alongside earlier consulting work at Merck Gruppe and MT Aerospace AG. Julian holds Master's and Bachelor's degrees in Mechanics and Applied Mechanics from Technische Universität Darmstadt.
