Additionally, Kelli gained judicial experience as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Charles P. Sifton at the U.S. District Courts from January 1998 to January 1999. Kelli holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from Columbia Law School and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Kenyon College.
