Luke Bristow

Luke Bristow serves as the Global Head of Capital Markets and M&A Legal at Deutsche Bank, holding the title of Managing Director and Associate General Counsel since July 2005. Responsibilities include overseeing legal matters for Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, High Yield, M&A, and Corporate Broking, along with leadership roles in European Leveraged Finance and Investment Grade Lending Legal. Previous experience includes key legal positions at Clifford Chance and client secondments at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Credit Suisse. Academic qualifications include a degree in History from Durham University, participation in the Executive Acceleration Programme at London Business School, and legal qualifications from Nottingham Law School, complemented by executive education at the University of St. Gallen.
