Marina Gribuk

Marina Gribuk is a Managing Director and Head of Risk and Control at Deutsche Bank, with a career spanning over a decade at the firm since February 2009. Marina leads the Technology Risk and Control function within the Investment Bank, focusing on managing audit findings, defining sustainable risk reduction programs, and ensuring compliance with risk frameworks. Prior roles include Director for Global Markets Technology Risk & Control and Vice President in various IT risk functions, demonstrating expertise in risk advisory and project implementation. Before joining Deutsche Bank, Marina served as a Lead Information Security Specialist at the Inter-regional Federal Tax Service Authority, leading a team to meet IT security requirements. Marina holds an education from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and Bauman Moscow State Technical University.
