Meghna Gaddam

Meghna Gaddam is currently a Software Engineer at Deutsche Bank since July 2024. Prior experience includes roles such as LAS 100 Intern and Research Assistant at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where data collection and analysis of eye-tracking data were conducted to explore reading psychology. As a Computational Linguistics Research Assistant, Meghna curated training data for an Irony-Detection AI and investigated advanced NLP techniques. Previous internships include developing a widely used Environmental Health and Safety Android application at Coherent Corp., performing time series analysis at Finisar Corporation, and enhancing telemedicine features at CRMIT Solutions. Meghna has also created course content and assisted in educational settings, demonstrating a strong foundation in both software engineering and research. Meghna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Linguistics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, with prior education from Mallya Aditi International School.
