Paul Brown

Paul Brown is a seasoned technology leader with over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector. Since joining Deutsche Bank in June 1998, Paul has held various senior roles, including Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Regulatory Technology for the Corporate & Investment Bank and Head of MIFID, Technology & Operations. Other notable positions at Deutsche Bank include CIO for Emerging Markets & Global Liquidity Management and Head of FX eCommerce & Clearing Platforms, with responsibilities encompassing all FX client trading and clearing platforms, as well as serving as Programme Manager for the FX4Cash initiative. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Paul worked at NatWest Markets as an IT Project Manager and at Ford Motor Company as a Project Manager. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Queen's University Belfast, earned between 1988 and 1992.
