Ralf Drescher

Ralf Drescher has extensive experience in the field of journalism and financial communications, currently serving as the Head of Content and Head of Newsroom at Deutsche Bank since February 2016. Prior to this, Ralf held positions at WeltN24 GmbH and Dow Jones, where responsibilities included project development and leading German newswires and WSJ.de as Chefredakteur, respectively. Ralf's career also includes notable roles at Wall Street Journal Deutschland and Handelsblatt, where contributions ranged from editorial leadership to financial reporting. Ralf began professional training as a volunteer at Verlagsgruppe Handelsblatt after completing a Diplom-Volkswirt degree with a focus on social economics at the University of Cologne from 1996 to 2001.
