Joe Ferla

Joe Ferla has a diverse range of work experience in the technology field. Joe is currently the Head of Enterprise Technology at News Corp Australia, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Bupa in various roles, including Practice Technology Delivery Manager, Enterprise Services Manager, and Technology Business & Operations Manager. At Bupa, they were responsible for IT operations and service delivery for the Bupa Dental Business Unit. Before Bupa, Joe worked at Secure Logic | a Tesserent company as a Service Delivery Manager and at Fuji Xerox Document Management Solutions as a Project Manager and Service Delivery & Help Desk Team Leader. Joe also has experience working at Bupa Dental Corporation, The Australian Red Cross Blood Service, Pfizer Pharmaceuticals, Gordon and Gotch Australia, Tynan Motor Group, and JD Edwards in various IT support and desktop support roles.

Joe Ferla completed a Graduate Diploma in Business & Technology from the University of Technology Sydney from 2012 to 2017. Joe also obtained certification in ITIL v3 Foundation from Dimension Data in 2011. In 2001, they earned a diploma in IT Network Engineering from the Australian Careers Business College.
