Richard Webb

Richard Webb is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial crime management and operations across leading financial institutions. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for UKI Anti-Financial Crime at Deutsche Bank since September 2015, Richard supports regional leaders in delivering compliant anti-financial crime programs. Previously, Richard held senior roles at Deutsche Bank, including Director of the Risk & Controls Program and Director for the 3 Lines of Defence programme, enhancing the Bank's non-financial risk controls. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Richard worked at Citi as CAO for ICG Global Operations & IT Controls and served as a Business Manager at J.P. Morgan Cazenove. Richard's early career includes positions at the UK Ministry of Defence and the British Army, where Richard rose to the rank of Major. Richard holds multiple degrees from prestigious institutions, including an MA and LLM in Law from St Catharines College, Cambridge University, and an MBA in Defence from Cranfield School of Management.
