Sharena Fernandes

Sharena Fernandes has extensive experience in service operations and incident management, currently serving as the Head of APAC VGSD DXC and Command Centre at Deutsche Bank since May 2015. In this role, Sharena oversees enterprise-wide production and application platforms, ensuring real-time visibility and prompt response to incidents. Previous positions at Deutsche Bank include Project Manager, where Sharena led the implementation of an equity high-frequency trading platform, and Global Incident Manager, responsible for managing critical incidents across the bank. Before Deutsche Bank, Sharena worked at IBM as a Major Incident Manager and began a career in IT at Hudson as a Desktop Support Team Leader. Education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Bombay and PMP training completed in 2010.
