Sophie Miller Chatfield

Sophie Miller Chatfield is a seasoned professional in performance, reward, and recruitment with extensive experience across leading financial and legal organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Performance & Reward for the Americas at Deutsche Bank since January 2021, Sophie has also held roles as Talent Sourcing Lead and Recruitment Partner in the front office. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Sophie worked at Macquarie Group from September 2014 to January 2021 as a Resourcing Consultant and Recruitment Coordinator. Earlier experience includes roles as a Paralegal at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers, an Industrial Organizer at Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance, and a Human Resources Intern at OneSteel. Sophie holds a Bachelor of International Studies, specializing in Chinese Studies and Political Economy from the University of Sydney, complemented by studies at Beijing Language and Culture University.
