Tamon Hayes

Tamon Hayes possesses extensive experience in the finance and real estate sectors, currently serving as Frontend CRE Originations at Ready Capital since November 2021. Prior to this role, Tamon held various positions at Fitch Ratings from August 2013 to November 2021, culminating in the role of Senior Director in the CMBS division. Tamon also served as Vice President at Sovereign Bank from September 2010 to August 2013 and as an Independent Consultant for various firms from June 2009 to August 2010. Earlier career experience includes positions as Associate Underwriter and Senior Analyst at Arbor Realty Trust and Associate Underwriter at Arbor Commercial Mortgage. Tamon holds an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Business Administration from Drexel University.
