Tanushree Kirti

Tanushree (Tanu) Kirti is an experienced professional in financial services, currently serving as Managing Director, Transformation Governance & Regulatory & Risk Change Head at Deutsche Bank since June 2016. In this role, Tanu leads the global regulatory and risk change agenda for the International Private Bank and previously held the position of Global Programme Director for Wealth Management, overseeing Anti Financial Crime initiatives. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Tanu co-founded MTC Consulting London Limited, providing risk change advisory services. Tanu's career also includes experience as a Senior Business Consultant at HSBC and as a Management Consultant at Deloitte, where expertise in financial services transformation was developed. Tanu holds an MSc in Operational Research from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) and a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women.
